6. Does the potential exist for Industry Reps to participate in the mass audience briefs or working group activities? Our personnel will work with the ACC/A3TW personnel for the opportunity to provide briefings to the 33 Major Weapons Systems Working Groups (MWS WGs), 5 Mission Focus Working Groups (MFWG), 5 Functional Working Groups (FWGs), and the Weapons & Tactics Focus Groups (W&TFG) . The mass audience briefs are provided by government personnel and restricted to Military and Government Civilians. Industry Reps, if invited/selected to provide briefings (by the MDS working group Chairman) may participate in those working groups only during their briefing time. If invited/selected you will be escorted to and from your Working Group. If you are selected to provide presentations or briefings, arrangements must be made with ACC/A3TW to provide clearance information. THIS IS CRITICAL to you getting into the Working Group. This must be done by COB 20 December 2024. Upon arrival at Nellis AFB Industry Rep’s must contact their Working Group Chairman to let them know of arrival and proceed to the main entrance of RED FLAG to get Conference badge and validate Clearance and EAL. Again this separate registration is only for those Industry Reps selected to brief in the individual working groups. Please give yourself plenty of time so your clearance can be validated.
