18. What are the display set up and tear down times? The Nellis Officers Club will be available for set up from 0800 to 2000 on Tuesday 13 Jan 2026 and on Wednesday 14 Jan 2026 from 0800 to 1500. All exhibits/booths must complete set up NLT 1500 Wednesday to allow time for club staff to skirt the tables and clean up prior to door opening with a start time of 1730. All Vendors will be asked to exit the exhibit space between 1500 and 1700 for the Club Staff to accompolish this. Exhibitors will be allowed back in at 1700 prior to doors opening at at 1730. On 15 Jan 2026 Thursday, doors will again open at 1730 and for those companies departing early on 16 Jan 2026 tear down of their displays may begin at 2100. The club will be available on 16 Jan 2026 at 0800 for tear down and shipment. Plan your return shipments to be picked up not later than 1700 on 16 Jan 2026. Please prior to departing checkout with Mr. “MERLIN” Minney to ensure your shipment is properly marked. Please have/bring your shipping labels with you. You must have your shipment picked up that day as there is no fork lift after 1700 on 16 Jan 2026. Please mark your shippments with your Company name to prevent any confusion.
